Open invitation to celebrate the re-opening of Tate
Britain. We invite you to an evening of music, performance, film, talks
and special artist commissions.
This live programme will guide the
exploration of the new and renovated spaces and Tate Britain’s
unparalleled collection, newly re-arranged to showcase its full
historical range.
In the afternoon, course participants give poetry and story-telling
recitals, written in response to the works from the collection. In the
evening we host a programme of creative responses to Tate Britain from
the best of British talent in music, film, fashion and art. Participants
include Keith Coventry, Michael Langan, Kino, Tate Collective and more.
