Anche la galleria Skarstedt aprirà al 2 di Avenue Matignon un'ampio locale su due piani, nei giorni del prossimo Fiac con una mostra di Eric Fischl “Krefeld Paintings”.

Paris, France – Skarstedt Gallery, headquartered in New York City and with locations in East Hampton and London, are pleased to announce the launch of an additional expansion in Paris, set to open this fall.
Located at 2 Avenue Matignon, the two-level 240 m2 space is the previous Hopkins Gallery, across the street from the Christie’s Parisian headquarters. The space will be completely renovated, reimagined by Jacques Grange.
Skarstedt Paris will open in October coinciding withFIAC. The inaugural show will be dedicated to Eric Fischl’s studies for “Krefeld paintings”, a series ofworks from 2001. Plans for the gallery’s programming beyond include shows by Francis Bacon and Martin Kippenberger.
