Nei giorni scorsi si sono festeggiati i 70 anni di regno della regina Elisabetta d'Inghilterra, fra i tanti progetti c'è stata la realizzazione del rinnovo della linea viola che ora è dedicata, dopo un investimento di 19 miliardi di sterline, alla sovrana.

Ma la notizia che ci interessa e che per l'occasione sono state realizzate e inserite diverse opere d'arte contemporanea nelle diverse stazioni del Tube, tra gli artisti più noti sono stati scelti Helen Cammock, Lucy McKenzie e Alexandre da Cunha, il progetto è curato da Art on the Underground.
