The art doesn't have to gratify the public just with the purpose to justify itself, as wellas the science wouldn’t try new ways not to upset the society. We need to push ourselves over the general consensus and create new works for a new world. Only an artist free from market conditionings of a and popular consensus can innovate and develop himself, and with him the collectivity who will sustain his intents. The culture evolves itself only where people can go besides the common place and grow it in new spaces with new methodologies. Today the task is up to the artist, and perhaps also the duty to pick up the shreds of the present to build a new future.
